I love this state and the people who make it so real and authentic. I grew up in Pittsburgh, and now I’m happily running my business and raising my family in the same community.
One thing I love about Pennsylvanians is the strong sense of family everyone has. We never want to see our family members suffer, which is difficult when you are arrested. Not only are you embarrassed for yourself, but you also don’t want to put your family through such a difficult process.
I’m here to help you and your family. I understand–family is very important to me, which I’m reminded of most mornings as I ride my bike past my childhood home, where my father still lives today. Being arrested and tried complicates everyone’s lives. And that’s why I keep my clients and their families involved in every stage of the process–we are stronger as a unified team.
My profession, and its vital role in giving every American his or her fair day in court, is also important to me. I’ve worked hard to develop my skills as a trial lawyer, and I never takes shortcuts to get my clients “off.” I respect the courtroom as a thoughtful battleground of law, a place where your actions and intentions are fairly tested to determine the fairest outcome.
I’ve been fortunate to keep my law focus sharp through strong relationships with two law schools. At Duquesne University, I help paralegal-certificate candidates reach their professional goals. And I was a trial-advocacy instructor at Widener University for more than 20 years, sharing my experiences with some of the brightest minds in law.
What does all of this mean for you? It means I have tons of experience on both sides of the courtroom. I have worked with all types of law enforcement personnel. And I know how to present your case to them all in the best possible way.
